The Dnipro Business Support Centre, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) within the framework of the EU4Business initiative of the European Union, invites company managers and employees, as well as marketing, sales and PR managers, to participate in a two-day training session on international standards of business communication and the basic principles of business etiquette, protocol and image.
The training takes place on 20-21 March, and the deadline for registration is 16 March.
The aim of the training is to improve the knowledge and skills of business communication in accordance with modern international standards, providing specific recommendations on how to gain the commitment of business partners and to promote customer orientation, working out the skills of business communication, and how to create a favorable business image and successful self-presentation.
The workshop includes the following modules:
- Meeting with a partner.
- Professional body language
- Your business interior.
- The behaviour of guests at the meeting.
- How things characterise you.
- Business appearance does not tolerate dilettantism.
The workshop is based on the best international practices and expert knowledge. Breaks between the modules are intended for developing communication abilities and skills. After the training, participants will receive a homework assignment.
The Dnipro Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
The deadline for registration is 16 March.
Reduced participation fee for the workshop is UAH 2,532 (incl. VAT) per participant; the cost of training includes the distribution of training materials, as well as light breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches.
