The sixth event in the Lviv Business Support Centre’s Creative Industries Talks series will focus on account management in web design and graphic systems, and will take place on 11 October.
The event is organised with the support of the EBRD and EU4Business.
The Creative Industries Talks were launched in Lviv in 2017 to discuss important issues for the creative industries market.
The latest talk is aimed at project managers, account-managers and freelancers who work in the area of web-design and graphic systems.
Project and account managers will have the opportunity to:
- get tips on work preparation, planning, implementation and communication with the client;
- learn about the correlation between management approaches and the product being developed;
- learn how to manage creative projects, organise internal processes in a team and learn about the High Performance Teams methodology;
- assess consumer service and learn how to communicate with clients in different situations.
Freelancers, in turn, will discover new opportunities, effective methods of cooperation with agencies and get tips on how to communicate with the client if they own an account.
The Lviv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
Participation is free but participants are requested to register online ahead of the event.
